I am dealer. I ship as many as 50 cars a month and have occasion to deal with an equal number of transporters. This is arguably the worst experience with any transporter in some time. Never showed up, never responded to email, never answered the phone, never returned calls. Only AFTER I cancelled the order did this transporter show up and grab the car without my knowledge or permission. At this point I have no idea where my car is or how to contact this transporter. Save some grief and use a different transporter!
