I got the company to ship my car from NJ to CA. they were the carriers for THE ALL American Transport

Well, first of all the car was picked by one person, who drove my car rather than towing it, I had no choice but to do it because it was too late in the game to deny as I was catching my flight the next day. I was told that it would be delivered by the following Saturday but it was delivered on Tuesday, 4 days late.

When the car was delivered on Tuedsay late night, the driver asked me the wrong amount to pay at COD. and further the car had a major Dent on the hood. The driver didn't not give the car and came back next day. I learnt, he was not the driver who drove but a third party who delivered.

The driver then delivered the car on Wednesday which had dent on the hood and dings all over the place.

Then started the long procedure to get my car fixed, and for a month I went from Pillar to post to get my car fixed. I spoke with 3 different insurance companies but my problem was not fixed. They wanted to fix the car in his backyard and I said no to that.

Finally, after paying extra for car rental, driving over 60 miles to the carrier to fix the problem, wasting many hours in this ordeal I went to my insurance company. Now, I have to pay deductible and also this might affect my insurance rates.

To save a few dollars, I selected them but lesson learnt, you get what you pay. I am also planning to report them to Best Business Bureau.

Tina was horrible on the phone and was literally shouting. The company is a cheat, they finally had the audacity to say that the driver on the trailier was not even theirs but someone else's.

The company is a cheat and a lier avoid them at any cost.

Vineet, Thank you for the business and feedback. We strive to provide the best service possible with honesty and customer satisfaction as our top priorities. It is regretful that you had such an awful experience with us. Our drivers do their best to honor the 7-10 days estimation. Driving across country is not easy for the drivers and depending on weather, traffic, truck problems and possibly even other customers, delays can occur. Unfortunately, we could not meet that time frame with your vehicle and we do apologize for that, as well as the mistake with the COD. Most likely that was a typo from the office and not the driver’s fault. Also, most likely one of our employees went to pick up your vehicle because you were close by and you were in a hurry to have it picked up. We apologize for not letting you know upfront that he was not the long distance driver. We pride ourselves in being honest people especially when it comes to damage claims here at our company. If we find that we indeed damage a customer’s vehicle, we take full responsibility. In your case, we had offered to have it fixed for you but under our conditions (for certain reasons) and definitely not in our backyard. We know of a qualified body shop in our city, near our office, and we wanted to have it repaired there. It was unfortunate that we could not come to a compromise. Thank you again for the feedback; we will use this information to improve our service in the future.
