This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had. Ever. He was late, rude, used innapropriate language, and hung up on me. "I don't need this shit. Do you want to ship or not" I cannot believe this company is in business. Attempted to explain to him that I would need a little more notice to have someone meet him with this vehicle (we ordered drop of and pickup delivery) as I am in Florida and the car is in Washington. He hung up on me at this point while I was trying to explain.
