New Way Moving - Horrible Company and Customer Service

All,

Do not use this company!!! They take your money, make promises they can't keep, and when they can't meet thier word...they will not refund your deposit. I have been trying to get my deposit back since July..it is now December. Will never use this company for anything...Horrible. One of my email chains below.

I ended up going with ACD Transport..Outstanding. Took no deposit until a truck was located and scheduled. Contact info below. Would definitely use again.

To my knowledge your check was already sent out to you this past Friday. I also double checked with the checking department today and they as well confirmed that it was sent out.
