Trying to get my truck shipped!

After I did my research and got quotes from 10 different companies and read reviews on this website on the diffrent auto shipping companies. I decided to go with AA Automovers. I drive a 2007 Toyota Tundra Crewmax and since no moving truck rental company has trailers big enough for my truck. My only option was to have it shipped. So I call AA Automovers to set up the move. My agent was Nick De Esposito. I explained to Nick my situation and I made it very CLEAR that my pick up date was set in stone, which was May 21st. That was the only day I had available to ship the truck or have it picked up. Like I said I made that very clear and even said if you can't get someone to pick it up on that day let me know! That was almost about a week and a half before the pick up day when I told him that. I think that was more than enough time to get on the phone or do whatever needs to be done to make sure one of their carriers was going to be there or not. Well, time went by and then I get an email with a conformation for a pick up on the 16th of May. I called AA Automovers(custmer service because Nick was no where to be found I left two messages and he never called me back. I had to call Nick Monday morning) and told them I couldn't do that becasue I was still needed the truck to run errands the same thing I told Nick when I started the order for the move. So after I called Nick Monday morning to ask him if he could schedule me for some other time. He asked for the quote number and said he was going to call me right back, ne never did. I called Nick again the following morning and he asked me for the same information and I politely gave it to him once more. Nick again said he was going to call me in an hour he even reassured me not to worry(good thing I wasn't holding my breath) that he was going to call back, and once more he failed to do so. So, I call again this time he puts me on hold and after a minute and a half he gets back on and says you have to talk to customer service so he transfers me. Nick did not even give a passdown to the customer service lady who took my call, so I had to expain to her what was going on. After I wasted my breath explaining to this lady what was going on I was still in block A I wasn't going anywhere she could do or tell me anything that would help my sitatuation. All she could say was call the carrier that was supposed to pick up my truck and see if they can reschedule a later pick up. At this point I am getting pretty pissed, so I asked her isn't that the reason I paid AA Automovers $225.00 to do in the first place?! Bottom line to this story is that even though I was being jerked around by an irresponsible Agent(Nick De Esposito) who obviously couldn't give a damn wheather or not I got my truck shipped. All I wanted them to do was to reschedule my move to the day I originally asked for and they act like it was a burden! This is just my experience with this company. Hopefully this review will help people before they make a mistake and give money to a company that doesn't care.

Mr. Torres did not honor his contract and his statements here are incorrect. He agreed his vehicle would be available to a transport company starting 5/15/09 through 5/21/09. We provided a transport company that was to pick up his truck 5/16-17. We did our job perfectly. Mr. Torres refused to release his vehicle to the carrier saying he wanted to hold on to the truck until 5/26 (which is 5 days after the end of his window). Nick explained the pickup window scheduling process to Mr. Torres prior to the sale. The contracts that Mr. Torres reviewed and signed prior to the sale disclosed the same information presented by Nick. Our Terms are available for review online as well. After he refused the carrier, our customer service representative again explained to Mr. Torres everything discussed by Nick and disclosed in the contracts.
