As of May 21, 2009, my 2008 BMW has not been delivered. At this point, it is 5 days late. The company AA Movers assigned my move to is called “Log On Transport. I paid extra to have specific dates for pick-up. They finally assigned a company called 3 / 12 Transportation in Pembroke Pines, FL to pick up the car and deliver it to Log On Transport. The driver of this third party told me that Log On would send me the paperwork to interstate transport and they never did. They were late picking up the car, and, to date, have not delivered the car (> 5 days late) and I believe there is something very wrong. They keep giving me the run-around and are very poor in returning phone calls. The message box is always full and there the message greeting is the general greeting generated from the phone (not company specific). The car was being delivered from Florida to New Jersey but for some reason they went to Massachusetts first. Then the truck broke down, now no one is returning my calls and these refuse to fax over the shipping paperwork. I will contact the police by the end of business today if this is not resolved and report the car stolen.

If you value you car, stay away from these companies.

This review is the first we knew of a delivery problem. When we checked with the carrier we found out that the transport company attempted to deliver the vehicle on 5/18 but the delivery contact was not available to receive the vehicle. They tried again on 5/21 but again the delivery contact was not available to receive the vehicle. They are making a third attempt to delivery it this evening, 5/22.
