We wanted to ship our SUV from Fort Lauderdale to California and I received bids from more than a dozen auto transporters. After exhaustive research, I selected Pacific Eastern Express for three reasons (1) they quoted $1,065, one of the best door-to-door rates, (2) they did not require a deposit and (3) the sales person Connie made me feel confident that everything would go as planned. While Pacific Eastern has some of their own transporters, they subcontracted A Unique Transport to carry my vehicle. When I checked their BBB standing, both companies seemed to have never had any complaints so I felt pretty good about my selection. Before shipping, Connie promptly responded to all of my questions, provided me with all the documentation I requested and reassured me when I expressed concerns. Even with all these positive signs, I was still a little nervous because of the many unscrupulous operators in the auto transport industry.

My vehicle was picked up on-time in Fort Lauderdale and actually arrived a few days early in California. We opted to pick it up at their terminal and by doing so we were able to avoid two additional days of a rental car. The vehicle was exactly how we had given it to them and the price was exactly what was quoted. I highly recommend Pacific Eastern Express and A Unique Transport. Both companies were very service oriented and delivered everything they promised. We could not have been happier with our experience. It was better than expected.
