I was told my vehicle was to be picked up within a week, after a month of trying to contact them I had to call as if I was getting another quote to reach someone. Then had to send a certified letter explaining why I wanted my refund as if it was not obvious enough. After my letter was signed for I have still yet to receive my money back. Thanks for nothing Five star.
