The worst customer experience-scummy business practices and constant lying

I was called by “Jason Miller” (obviously not his name, probably from an Indian call center) and he promised $900 and told me the price was guaranteed and locked in. He told me he had a driver for me and then told me last minute AFTER hours passed the time he promised that they canceled because they “didn’t feel good.” Then, he sent me doctored screenshots of the freight board (the real ones have commas, he changed the numbers but didn’t add commas) and told me other brokers were offering my load at double the price. He then proceeded to promise he found another driver and sent me a low resolution screenshot of a google maps route saying 2h45m to my place. I looked up the cross streets in the screenshot and it’s in Texas, meanwhile my place is in Ohio. Then, when I call him out on it, he proceeds to send me screenshots of a doctored conversation where he “yells” at a driver for sending a fake screenshot, and the name there is Sophia Hall, which is another name one of his colleagues use ?? 5 days after the promised date, he tells me it will be $1800 all-in, DOUBLE the price he promised to lock in originally. And now my driver is late and I’ll miss my plans in the mountains. If you want to retain any sense of sanity and value a customer experience that isn’t the metaphorical equivalent of a steaming pile of dogshit, do NOT ever use Xtreme or Jason Miller / Sophia Hall.
