I hope this is update able, as of this moment I'm VERY dis-satisfied with Worry Free, who made me worry from the first time I contacted them, and got blown off to do online reservation, then with a human that answered the phone. The car im shipping is The Last Florida Highway Patrol police car made, and specified certain criteria when the order was done online, and So Far..they have been very weak w/ communication skills, and the follow up's real need to be brushed up .

I was hoping, as the name implied, for a worry free transport of my vehicle cross country, and now I'm in a frenzy, because the truck they sent ALREADY broke down, so that don't make me feel to good about it making it across country w/ my car. And to top it off, I never heard from them about this, which really made me very discouraged, and very nervous that my fully restored, 1 of a kind car maybe sitting in a terminal or depot of some kind, or possibly a " Ferris Buellar" incident happening w/ my car.

To sum it up, at this moment,
1) the car was not picked up on the day I arranged, it was changed by them, and then the delays started...
2) the communications with this brokerage really need improving, they should definately keep people more in the circle of whats going on with their goods..

as of 3/5 8:46 pm E.S.T. I am writting this, and still no nothing from the company,
if/when things change IF they do, I will update this if possible, if not, I will re-submit a new one w/ full details

Here's ALL the information / timeline of this order, SO FAR: Customer placed order via our website, 4:30 p.m. on Wed. 2/20. FIRST POSSIBLE TRANSPORT DATE LISTED OF 3/3. Notes were that this is a restored & retired police car, "no depots" (which we never use anyway), "move as little as possible-no on/off truck." ENCLOSED SHIPMENT. Car assigned to Balkan Express on 2/29 @ 1:02 p.m. Estimated pick up date: 3/5 to 3/6; Estimated delivery date: 3/13 to 3/14. Notes above were directly passed on to Balkan Express, and a dispatch sheet confirming this info was signed. At this point, Balkan was to contact both the shipper and receiver concerning transport about 12-14 hours in advance of pick up and delivery. Our office then contacted customer with further information, including dates. Wed., 3/5: Customer contacts WFT with regards to status of order. Lacey with WFT contacts Balkan Express for Mr. Davidson, customer/receiver (according to my phone conversation this a.m. with Lacey). Dispatch @ Balkan Express tells Lacey shipper said car not ready for pick up on 3/5, would load next day. (This must be the schedule change Mr. Davidson is referring to. Remeber, estimated pick up dates from Balkan were 5th or 6th. Therefore, no one really changed anything.) Thurs., 3/6: Review received; I immediately contact Balkan Express. Had to leave a voice mail. Call returned within 1 hour. Dispatch informs me the shipper, Mr. Fallon, has made arrangements with the driver to load the vehicle afternoon of 3/6. Truck had 2 very minor parts replaced before heading to load car. Tried to reach Mr. Davidson with this update; had to leave voice mail. This car has not been stored in a terminal or off-loaded to complete repairs, according to Balkan Express. In fact, it wasn't even on the truck yet. Therefore, I personally feel that we've been more than open with the information we've obtained for this customer - especially when requested. The shipping company is highly rated in the Central Dispatch system, and has also responded / communicated timely. Currently, all of our customers are required to complete an order form either on our website or by fax order form - because of all the problems that can arise for customers when using companies that book over the phone with no paper trail for records. This is for both the customer's benefit, as well as our own. Rarely do we have any
