The excuses this guy had was great. First he could not deliver the car to my door because the roads were to tight for his truck... This is the first truck driver to wine about this. I have had numerous deliveries to my door by 18 wheeler trucks including a transport truck just like his the previous year. He wanted to meet me on the interstate! I talked him into coming closer and he then bitched about the tree cover and it would scratch the cars on top of his truck. It boiled down to him being very lazy and not wanting to go out of his way.
The real issue here is that when he delivered the car, the drivers mirror was broken almost completely off. He didn't have anything to say about it even though I have pictures of when he picked it up. The mirror was fine before he loaded it and it was not noted on the inspection ticket when he dropped it off. He just wanted his CASH after backing the car off the trailer. No credit card... only CASH. I guess that should have been my first warning.
Now I am stuck between the insurance company and an unresponsive company. The brokerage company is running from this as well. They "helped" by giving me the trucking companies insurance info.
Never again mr Ryshkova (Owner of Wild Vehicle Transport).
