White Glove Relocation was not my FIRST choice, however they were brokered for me through NEIGHBORS MOVING AND STORAGE (Do Not use). Need less to say, I already a bit of a chip on my shoulders due to NEIGHBORS unprofessional service etc. Enter White Glove with their lack of customer service and my chip (customer service=customer is ALWAYS right). Mark acted like you were bothering him when you had questions and Tracey (how she became a manager/boss is just unbelievable) was even worse-customer service should not be her profession!!!! This company over charged me! And they tried to blame it on Neighbors....typical!!! BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY!!!! The ONLY saving grace was the driver, Charles!!! He was awesome! He was very courteous and helpful! He did make an awful experience a LITTLE better!!!!!!!! BE VERY, VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
