I needed to transport my 99 Dodge Durango from the Nashville area to the Atlanta area. White Glove Auto Transport was the carrier I selected.

From the beginning, White Glove was GREAT! I was having issues getting the Durango to start, due to a long-dead battery. Brian walked me through many things to try to get the battery jumped from another vehicle. He worked his pickup schedule to give me more time to work out the logistics of getting my battery replaced without losing my scheduled pickup for 12/14.

Once the Durango started, Brian put me in touch with the driver, David. David was an absolute gem. He stayed in contact with me, letting me know when I could expect him to arrive. He didn't even flinch when I called him back to let him know I was unable to find someone to follow me to the arranged pickup location. We worked out an alternate location, which would allow me to get the Durango to him and get home easily without having to pay for a taxi or hitch a ride.

When I met David, he was pleasant and helpful and was very careful with my car. Just from watching him, I knew my Durango would be in great hands the whole time.

I've never used a car transport service before, so I didn't know what to expect. White Glove Auto Transport made the entire process easy and worry-free. They were a great choice all the way around. You can bet they will get my business in the future, and my recommendation to all my friends!
