Very unprofessional experience. Pickup was late and at inconvenient time (late evening, after dark). Pickup truck was a dilapidated flatbed trailer. Car arrived several days later than estimated, which though within normal allowance, was a problem because they kept moving the date around on me at the last minute. Poor communication from both dispatch and driver. Driver gave me attitude for extra weight in the car despite my paying extra for it up front. Odometer read the same but 2 gallons of gas was missing from tank. I have shipped cars in the past with other carriers, this was my first bad experience.
