Showed up very late from promised time, After 9pm during Thunderstorm. Can't get their truck down the drive. Also had issues with an extra box that was previously agreed to and complaining about having to unload a vehicle to put mine on. As soon as these issues arise, she (Patti) wants to know who is going to pay for their fuel since they are unable to load the vehicle. The whole time these issues are being discussed, the driver (Husband?) is screaming in the background about getting down the road. Thought we had everything resolved with Patti and the next thing I know they just left. They also put a Negative rating on the Broker, who had nothing to do with their shortcomings.

This is not fair, we tryed our best to pick up ur vehicle but there was alwas an excuse. PS: the transportation cost was not 990
