Our car transporter was timely, friendly, and efficient. We were told the car would be picked up between 11 and 2, and our driver phoned us shortly after 10 to let us know he was on his way. Our car was delivered on time and in same condition in which it was left. The day after I phoned and left a message, I left a second message and received a call back within the hour. Our driver was able to gut us our car that day. Although there was some confusion with the GPS and directions, my wife was able to help the driver and he made it on time. The price for transportation across the country was competitive and we will certainly use Viking Auto the next time we need to have a vehicle shipped. Getting the car delivered can be a slow and frustrating process, but Viking Auto made it quick and easy, not to mention cost effective. Thank you.
