It is incredibly ridiculous what this customer just posted. This customer was sent three different trucks and every time we would call to set up a time to pick up the vehicle he would give us an excuse that the car was not ready. I truly believe that this customer by the way his name is Winmin Htut and he can be contacted at (626) 575-5115 is completely out of his mind and a liar. And I will post his name and phone number because this has to be one of the most frivolous reviews that I have ever seen and you can find out for yourself. We did everything to accommodate this customer and it never was good enough for him. It’s unfortunate that anyone can go on this site and just plaster bunch of lies, Transport Reviews is really getting out of control since they will allow anyone to go on this site and post anything they want and Transport Reviews those not do an investigation regarding this frivolous reviews to proof if they are the truth. This customer’s car was finally picked up after we assigned him the fourth truck; he finally decided to release his car. He wasted so much money and time; we had to send three different trucks to get this guy. And he goes on line and puts up this review that is full of lies and misrepresentations period. We called him up for an explanation and off course he avoided our calls. And he claims that the carrier did not do a good job. These men should have his head examined.
