We are very disappointed and surprised that Mr. Keo, the final recipient of this vehicle would request a $195 reimbursement, since he gave us the go ahead to assign this truck. We have made attempts in contacting Mr. Keo after we read his Negative Review to offer him a refund of $115.00.
When we first set this up we did not even know who Mr. Keo was and after speaking with at least five different persons involved in the transport every time that we called the persons that we had on file, know one would return our calls.
Yes it did take an unusual amount of time to find a truck in the San Jose, CA going to Pa. Our dispatchers worked diligently in finding a truck, every time that we find a truck for this customer and we attempted to contact the parties involved, we could not get anyone on the phone or they did not return our calls.
Finally Mr. Keo appeared in the picture and he told us that he was the owner of the car and to do what ever it would take to get his car picked up. Our dispatchers were able to find a truck that was available to pick up immediately for an additional $195. We called Mr. Keo and we presented him this situation and he gave us verbal permission to send the truck that he would pay the additional $195.00. Even though Viking did not make a penny more, and Mr. Keo gave the go ahead to send the truck we are willing to reimburse Vikings fee of $115. If only he would return our calls…Rick H.
