Overall, the service provided by Viking Auto transport is more than satisfactory. It took only 3 days to deliver my friend's car from Nashville, TN to Urbana, IL, which is a lot faster than I had expected. And the car has not been damaged in any way.

The whole transaction is pretty simple. I just made a couple of calls and made part of the payment over the phone. I made the rest of the payment to the deliveryman by check.

But there is something I think that Viking Auto Transport should work on and further improve their service quality. It seems like the deliveryman is a contractor. And when the Viking Auto Transport gave the assignment to the deliveryman, they did not provide enough information about the delivery. When the deliveryman called me (I am the receiver of the car), I found out the only thing he knew is the original city and destination city, which is kind of odd. Viking Auto Transport should give the deliveryman more information so that he can better serve the customer.

Well, in the end, it all worked out. As long as he can get in touch with the person who receives the car, there should not be any problem. But it will still be better that the deliveryman is more informed about the assignment.
