VNS transported our car across country after leaving the military. Overall experience was very poor. Shipping dates were missed at least twice causing significant logistical problems, car was driven on multiple occasions for personal use while in possession of the trucking company without my permission, unpaid tolls were charged to me during this use, the car arrived 5 days late with daily 'tonight or tomorrow' estimates, and the car interior was covered in grease upon arrival. Only after being pushed - VNS agreed to refund $200 of the $1000 fee and cover the tolls charged to me ($100+) during the illegal use of my car. This was not a satisfactory solution, and I would not want to entrust my car to them again.
