I have transported several cars through Tonia and every single time she was able to deliver without any delays. She makes herself very accessible such that if there is a change of plans I am able to notify her and she makes it happen. On one occasion the truck driver misplaced a title to a car being delivered and I let her know about the situation. She personally got on the phone with trucking company and the title was mailed to me 2 days later. Her great service and caring when problems arise keeps me shipping cars through Upscale.
