My car was supposed to be picked up by August 8th. It was not picked up nor an update was provided to me with a reason for not picking up. None of my calls were returned or responded. Additionally, my credit card was charged with deposit without having a driver assigned to the job. When I finally got hold of them on the phone, I found they were extremely rude and classless.
I wish I checked them out at BBB website. There is an alert out against this company on BBB website. Here is the link for you to check out.
