The customer service was unbelievable. I've never had someone to go an extra mile and had as much courtesy as Carlos Orihuela. He went above and beyond to make this experience a success. My hat goes off to him and the driver. I wholeheartedly recommend Upscale Auto Transport to anyone who looks for a outstanding experience in transporting a vehicle and for someone to treat you like family from the time you call to the time you receive your vehicle. I give them 10 stars!!! Outstanding customer service from A-Z!! Not to mention, the best price also...QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A QUALITY COST!!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!
