I first dealt with RD, who from the jump was personable and knowlegable. He patiently walked me through the process and explained in depth each answer to my questions. I had spent days researching reviews both good and bad for many companies that answered the U Ship quote board. I was needless to say very frustrated. RD's company was at this time not able to transport to Calif due to holiday driver schedules so RD went above and beyond by finding a company Sorborn Transport in Aurora CO (an hour away) and a quote that was well within my budget. I also met with Rustam of Unlimited and he as well met with great answers and service during this transaction period. He advised me that he had dealt with Sorborn Transport on more than one occasion and always found them to be honest and very reliable. Between these two gentlemen, I was treated fairly and squarely and they did much to boost my opinion of what honest, down to earth customer service is all about. They both stayed in contact with me to the very end and I will certainly use them again in the futue for any of my transportation needs. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you RD & Rustam!!
