I contracted with them to transport my cars. I paid the down payment. Several weeks later, two days before scheduled pick up, I called for verification. They said they wouldn't be able to transport to my new home because it was in a "dead zone." At that point, it was too late to contact anyone else. I had to move the cars myself. Since that time, I've noticed that my new home is not a "dead zone", as every day I go out, I see car haulers on the highway.
Their customer service was fine up until they had my down payment and refused to honor the contract. Then, they wouldn't refund the money. One person told me they'd refund it in a few days. It never happened. I even talked to a man identifying himself as the owner of the company. He was surprisingly rude and unhelpful. I had to go to my bank, and dispute the charge on my debit card. All this took about 2-3 months, so I was without use of those funds for that time. The bank finally reposted the funds.
