The company is quite smart in giving you a nice rate, luring you into paying a deposit, and then it would be it, BYE BYE deposit. I was looking to transport a vehicle and of course while searching and asking for quotes, you get a flood of calls. I have to say, out of all, this was the best quote. I was initially hesitant because the company is new, but thought may be they were really up to building a reputation, and obviously they have. I was assured they would move it in the next few days, after waiting for a few days without being given any solid information and just given the run-around, I decided to cancel and use another company. I asked about cancellation, and they sent me an email where I needed to sent send my cancellation request. For the last month since canceling, I have been trying to get my deposit, and every time I call, I get a different reason and assurance that I will be refunded soon. After about a month since sending in my cancellation email and several phone calls, I call and was told that the company they charged the funds to is closed and they do not have access to the funds, I have to ask through my bank. I think that makes it quite clear. BIG TIME FRAUD!!! Unfortunately, most of these reviews were not available at the time I was looking, but hopefully this will help save other people's time and money.
