very knowledgeable staff....was very professional and honest..I was truly amazed that an actual person answered the phone and was able to give me status updates. driver was definitely the best part he inspected my car completely and miraculously. the same driver that picked up my vehicle also dropped it off and my car was still in same position on carrier..very impressive job well done universal and we will definitely do more business in the future. i recommend moving smart with universal
