Dear sir, were sorry that you feel that way and we did speak to your wife Karen that placed the order with us she was explained in detail the process. We did our best to find you a qualified driver and we did locate a driver with an excellent track record with no damage reports and your vehicle was already delivered safely. The driver requested $600 c.o.d because of your vehicle's location if you did not want to accept his offer you could have simply denied it. Its our job to relay any offers from drivers. We even gave you a $100 off our broker fee to help Karen most people would have been thankful for everything we did.
