The old take your deposit and never send a truck or contact you trick. I am military and to think this company said they can help us. Gave us a quote for $525 and said it would be $100 deposit which we paid and since we paid our money we haven't received a phone call. It's like they have my wife and I phone numbers blocked. They NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. DO NOT EXPECT THIS CONPANY TO CONTACT YOU AFTER YOU PAY YOUR MONEY! I cannot believe this happend to me. They give you a low ball quote to reel you in and have you pay a deposit and once the shippers don't accept that quote you are stuck out of your money and still with your vehicle. BEWARE!! Pay the extra money to have it shipped by honest people...I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS CONPANY. Contract they send is crap too, saying your price quote is a estimate so expect it to cost more if they show up!!!

We have an Order placed by Jennifer for 1st available pickup date 5/9 we dispatched a driver for pickup on the 10th the next day. We did our best to get her vehicle picked up on or as close as possible to that date. Keep in mind drivers are on the road for thousands of miles. Its not a tow truck around the corner. We did try reaching her several times. You can call the driver it was dispatched since the 10th to carrier: GATOR 7 TRANSPORT CO. 252 671 7475. We do not lie sir and we are not a scam. We work with alot of military personal that can vouch for that. Thank you.
