Fraudulent company

Took my money and wont answer my phone calls.. I'm sitting in Dallas waiting for a vehicle that I bought to be shipped before I can leave.. Worst experience ever.. Every time i email for an update I get the same email.

I will have dispatcher call you with status.  Her name is Sandy and her direct # is 954-889-1428 Ext#802

She doesn't answer, so everything points to a fraud/scam business.. Contacting DOT to file a complaint against their bond.. Thanks for wasting my time and costing me triple in travel expenses for worst service I've ever experienced..

After no response for five days, sending a cancellation email for failed performance and leaving the first review, sandy emails me to tell me she found a driver for the following week. 1st response ever from the "dispatch department" Well, I've already cancelled and moved on to an actual business that doesn't take your money upfront, doesn't overcharge your account for an amount other than agreed on and doesnt charge a cancellation fee for more than their commission.. They quoted me $625 and with the good news email everything would cost around $1000, WOW.... who would ever want to trust a company that takes your money and runs.. They must be out having a good time with my $275 they charged my credit card for... Don't ever use this company, I hate dealing with people that are fraudsters and liars.. It's only a matter of time before they go under with business practices like this, or maybe they were never in business to begin with.. Who knows, I just want my money back for services they never provided..

First we are a very legitimate business. We spoke to Evan several times and kept him updated. We even found him a driver even though he was double brokered with another company that leads to delays and makes our job twice as harder. When we call him to give him the good news and tell him we have a driver and give him the driver's details he basically lies to us and says the vehicle was already picked up. Meanwhile it is currently still posted by another company and he is still waiting on a driver. We will send him a screenshot of the company he is posted with to proof that they do not have a driver for him and we also have the signed dispatch sheet to show we did do our job and had contracted a driver for him.Even though you are not legally entitled to a refund of $275, your deposit has been refunded in full. This will only solidify our good standing in our industry and with our customers and merchant ban, since we will not jeopardize our good standings for your deposit and anyone Else's deposit.. And you sir should stop posting frivolous and dishonest reviews. Since I see you have done the same thing to other company's. You should be ashamed of yourself!
