WE MADE FULL EFFORT TO MOVE HER CAR. THE TRAFFIC FROM MARYLAND - IDAHO HAD CALLED FOR HIGHER RATES DUE TO THE PROBLEM IN IDAHO WHERE THE
TRAFFIC WAS VERY LOW AND THE TRUCKERS HAD TO COMPETE BY TAKING VEHICLES AT A VERY LOW RATE, HOWEVER, THEY HAD TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE FOR CARS LEAVING THE EAST COAST. THIS SHIPMENT WAS OVER 3000 MILES. WHEN WE REALIZED THE PROBLEM WE CONTACTED THE
CUSTOMER BECAUSE ONE OF THE TRUCKS REQUIRED MORE MONEY. WE ARE DOING THIS 10 YEARS AND ARE VERY UPFRONT WITH OUR CUSTOMERS.
WE DEFINITELY TRY TO SATISFY ALL, HOWEVER, ONCE IN A WHILE SOMETHING DOESN'T WORK OUT AS QUOTED. OUR APOLOGIES.AND AS YOU ALL READY KNOW YOUR DEPOSIT HAS BEEN REFUNDED IN FULL.
