Great Experience with United Routes

My company needed to transport a small vehicle from Maryland to North Carolina on a Monday, and then transport it back to Maryland the following Thursday. We had originally scheduled a different company to do this transport for us. However, they canceled on us the Friday before the ship date!

I found United Routes through a quick google search and selected to speak with Jake. He was amazing. I gave him all the information about the vehicle/our needs, and he found me a driver within a half and hour, for about the same price as the previous company was charging.

The driver that did the pickup had some preliminary issues with the battery in his truck, but as we were having issues with our own vehicle, the delay was not noted. The driver fixed the issue and arrived within the reasonable time range, and loaded our vehicle very quickly. He was incredible and knowledgeable! The vehicle was in perfect condition when it arrived in NC.

When he to bring it back to Maryland, we had a similar on time, easy pick up. There was some discrepancy with when/how we were paying when the driver unloaded, but Jake quickly cleared that up.

Overall, Jake was excellent and made us feel like our needs were his top priority. Amazing customer service, especially with us being in such a bind!
