I called United Freight to transport my daughter's car from Jackson, MS to Providence, Rhode Island. Talked with Jessica N. who provided me all the information I needed to start this process. I was a little nervous about the transaction because I had never done this before. Jessica was so helpful and quickly put my mind at ease. I initially called her about a month before I needed the car transported and I continue to call her with questions and she answered them all. She would also call me on several occasions within that month's time. This is what really made me feel comfortable about using United Freight. Also, the carrier that actually picked my daughter's car up was so polite. My daughter and I had left for Providence before the carrier actually arrived to pick up her car but her father told us how nice the guy was. We also was able to see that when he arrived in Rhode Island with her car. He called us several times before he even made it to Rhode Island just to let us know where he was and gave us an estimated time that he would arrive. I will be using United Freight services again after my daughter completes her medical school term. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
