I have never shipped a car before and was very concerned / worried about the difficulty with red tape to ship the vehicle. I was also very nervous as to how honest a company I have never seen or heard of before would treat me when I was so many states away from its origin.
Working with Gladys (cust rep) made me feel more at ease and confortable with the process. She was easy to talk to and deal with and more than eager to try and help out. I had a problem with the pickup date and only had 2 days open when it could be picked up so I could sign for it. Gladys made it happen! Thanks Gladys!
The driver that came to pick up the car was on time (he called first) and as cordial as Gladys was and really took his time to look the car over before loading it and was very careful when loading. His estimate of arrival at the destination was right on the money and I was very surprized because I expected it to take many days longer.
Would I ship with United Freight of america again? DEFINATELY!!!
