We'd never used an auto shipping company although we'd purchased one other vehicle using the Internet before. Cost was a large consideration in choosing this company, which gave a much better price than a couple others we contacted. Jason was pleasant to speak with and described how the process worked with "first available" dates and contracted drivers. We were able to complete the transaction with the car dealership more quickly than estimated and the truck driver picked up the car one day earlier than the original date we'd planned, which made us happy! There were some snow storms in the Mid-west, so the car was covered with dirt and salt when it arrived, but there was no damage, which was our main concern.
I feel United Freight was a good company with which to do business. They delivered what they promised at a reasonable price and their company representatives were responsive. I would recommend them for auto transport.
