I scheduled a pick up date with the carrier. Jessica was professional, friendly and courteous. She called me to ask if the carrier could pick the car up early. I told her that would be great. The two man crew arrived on time and were very pleasant with my wife. They had trouble geting my car on the enclosed truck because my car is lowered and their ramp was rather steep. Fortunately my wife found two boards that allowed the car to clear the back of the truck.The car was delivered the next day (over 700 miles!) at a repair shop where I was having some work done. Again, the crew was pleasant and professional. My car arrived clean and without any dents or scratches. I would highly reommend this firm.
