We learned the hard way how unscrupulous this business can be when we decided to ship a vehicle from New York to Florida in the middle of January. After being bombarded by phone calls & e-mails from hundreds of companies, we chose one to work with. Thinking they were reputable, we believed them when they said they would pick up the car on a certain date & for a certain price. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We never heard from them again. Same with the second company. I guess the 3rd time is the charm - United Car Transport delivered on time, at the price they quoted us, and their customer service department was knowledgeable and professional. Barbara followed up with us every step of the way, and I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to transport a vehicle anywhere in the US.
