When I found out that I needed a car hauled, I had no idea of which way to go. After getting on the internet, and being overwhelmed with all of the offers out there, I was even more at a lost. Out of all the calls and e-mails that I received, this one call really stuck out to me. Robin Raynolds with United Car Transport made this transition easy and simple for me. I was informed on what was out there, as far as car haulers. I was warned about the different methods that some company use in order to get your business, and I was told to go to a web site that rates some of the company out there. Not only did Robin Raynolds take her time explaining the cost, and what all I would be getting for my money. I was assured that the quoted price was the price I would be paying, and my vehicle would be safe during the haul. I can truly say that I walk away more knowledgeable than when I first started, and had total confident in what Ms. Robin agreement was with me. My truck arrived within the allotted time frame, and I did not have any hidden fees, or other surprises. I was very pleased with the service I received from start to finish. I will say that Robin Raynolds made this task smooth sailing, and headache free.
