No Show and Dishonest

My experience with United Auto Transport was completely unprofessional and dishonest. I contracted with Stacey to use their service. Once I gave the information and credit card number, I was forgotten. So I proceeded to follow up with Stacey after a week without any word. She forwarded my inquiry to Johana. Johana is in dispatch and Stacey felt Johana would be a better person to find out when and if my car was going to be picked up. Johana proceeded to tell me that the car would be picked up later that same day or in the morning. My feeling at the time was that Johana was just saying what ever to get me off the phone. And sure enough the car wasn't picked up and my gut feeling was correct. So for the last week I have called the company and the only thing I get is voice mail. I have emailed Stacey, Johana, Mike and Jennifer requesting information about my move, and they have not bothered to email me back. They have not called me back either and its been 6 days. After reading a few other reviews it has become apparent that United Auto Transport has a pattern of this kind of behavior. Other reviews stated that United Auto Transport claimed that the person leaving the review "was never a customer". Feel free to contact me and I will forward the contract, confirmation numbers and 23 emails to confirm that I am/was very much a customer.

ATTENTION:
Anyone considering this company to move their vehicle should take their business elsewhere.

Good Morning. The reason why you didn't get in touch with us was because our office caught on fire a couple of weeks ago. Now we are in a new office and everything is going great. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you had with our service. We did try to get your car picked up but with the fire everything was total lost. Also there were some delays with the drivers. Sorry again for the inconvenience have a great day.
