Good Morning.
The reason why you didn't get in touch with us was because our office caught on fire a couple of weeks ago. Now we are in a new office and everything is going great. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you had with our service. We did try to get your car picked up but with the fire everything was total lost. Also there were some delays with the drivers. Sorry again for the inconvenience have a great day.
