I had no problems with the booking and the car pickup. However, I had a terrible experience with the car dropoff. After agreeing to a dropoff time period, the driver shows up 8 hours later. The worst part of this is that the driver is actually driving the car!!! There was no tow truck in sight. The driver also smelled of alcohol!!! He claims to have driven the car from the station to my home, which is approximately 26 miles. My car looks like it has no damages, although the exterior was very dirty upon arrival.
Do not use this company!
