Driver was professional, communicated frequently and appropriately with me throughout the transport, and delivered the car as it was when we loaded it with less than one mile on the odometer. There was a little confusion about where the transport could safely drive in to meet us, which I would advise checking about in the future before determining if door to door is feasible or if we needed to meet at a different location.
