After reviewing the order details from Richard - he placed two separate orders in our office - First was placed 9/9/2019 - with the First Available Release Date being 9/23/2019 he was scheduled for pick up as of 09/23/2019 09:36:13 AM: Dispatched and at time of placing the order indicated the Vehicle was unattended, and he would advise driver where the key was at pick up - When Carrier contacted him for pick up - he cancelled the order, and Method of Payment Declined - indicating he wanted to push the date back. In January he contacted our office to reschedule pick up of his 2008 Audi Q7 - we assessed his initial Cancellation fee (which was previously declined) and began the process of Scheduling a driver - We have a maximum of 10 business days to fulfill an order from the First Available Release Date - Richard was rightfully assessed a Cancellation fee for initial transport - He has since spoken to management to vent his frustrations about the Transport process - however is demanding $600 for an order cancelled, and not moved. Unfortunately we are not in the business to be extorted, and decline his demands. We wish him luck in his future endeavors.
