RUN! Don’t walk ,this company is an absolute scam! After negotiating a price for two units to be transported 300 miles, initially $600, the price went to $700. Knowing we were in a pinch, I agreed and signed the contract. The following day they wanted to move the pick up time ahead by two days! They were upset because that was just not an option. Then the DAY BEFORE PICK UP.. they called and increased the price to $900, an additional $200 for “DRIVERS EXPENSE . I immediately cancelled the contract and contacted my credit card company and froze my account. The East Indian gentleman I spoke with was VERY DETERMINED AND DEMANDING that I hold up my end of the contract. ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY NOT! While speaking with him, I could hear numerous other people in the background with the same accent so it was definitely a call center.. These people are crooks.. it’s a shame because there are honest shippers out there just trying to make a living. Also, they attempted to charge my card the full amount even after the cancellation… shame on them!
