I researched many auto transport companies for the shipment of my car from Arizona to New York. I am a surgical resident and do not have a lot of money or time to waste! I have never made such a stupid mistake! I arranged my car transport more than 2 months ago and have yet to receive my car or hear back from my "sales professional", "Adam". When I contacted the management to find out about an expected day of pickup, I just received a nasty email in return telling me that if I paid more, then maybe my car would be picked up and shipped. I received 1 phone call from "Adam" in the past 2 months, with a message saying that they could pick up my car the next day for an additional $250 over the quoted price! When I tried to call him back at the number he left me, nothing. I have lost my deposit because they refuse to refund me and the hassel of getting in touch with anyone at this scam-artist company is just not worth it. What a bunch of crooks! Please, save yourself the time, energy, money and aggravation and use a reputable company who is not full of a bunch of liars and cheaters. Feel free to contact me for exceptional recommendations to more reliable auto shipment companies.
