They worked very hard to get me to commit and once I paid them their fee they never called back after leaving messages and the emails were exatly the same wording (word for word ) no matter what I wrote, I updated the contact phone number 1 day after signing the contract and was sent back ....

"We are still in the process of getting this booked(finding a driver to commit to transporting your vehicle). It can take some time and we appreciate your patience. The one certainty in this industry is that the more money we offer the driver on your behalf , the faster your vehicle will be picked up. If you wish to speed things up we can upgrade your order to the next service level.Please let me know if you wish to do this.Thanks,"

Several days later I asked for an update and got the exact same message .
I believe ( from what I read ) that all of these companies are the same and you have to pick the lesser of the evils. They paid the driver more (took less for them selves) which in turn there is more chance for the vehicle to be picked up.
THEY JUST NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! As in answer the phone or call you back and dont send an auto response
