Overcharged with terrible customer service

I contracted for $670.00 to have a vehicle shipped. This required an immediate $150.00 deposit with a $520.00 cash balance due upon delivery. When the driver showed up he presented a contract with US Auto Direct for $650.00 due cash from me. The driver refused to drop vehicle unless paid in full and if I didn't pay I would be required to pay an additional $20.00 per day storage and $100.00 to redeliver at a later date. I was charged $800.00 for a $670.00 contract with absolutely no recourse.

US Auto direct cannot be reached by phone, only voice mails never returned. After I posted this same review last month, I received the e-mail listed below and took them at their word once again. No refund 30 days later and I doubt they ever will.

Stay Clear....THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!
