Adam never, in our initial phone conversation disclosed that the $150.00 Processing fee is NOT refundable. I always pay with the credit card. He said only PERSONAL CHECK. Afer he got all bank info , he Emailed the shipping invoice to be signed . I signed the fine printed last page of the invoice and emailed back to him ( yes I learnt my lessen to read before signing any paper). I waited two weeks. I emailed to find the status of my order. I received an email saying I have to up grade the price because no transport co. will take it for this price ( quoted $655.000). I emailed back saying that I have financial hardship. I may have to sell the car instead of transporting, but I have time , I'll wait a little longer. after 27 days waiting ,I emailed and canceled , and I was expecting to receive the $150.00 deposit., Adam emailed the signed paper that this is not refundable. if you dispute the charge you will be send to Collection and will be charged another $150.00.I had to go through a big trouble to close my checking account that I had for years with all direct deposits and withdraws transaction to be converted to new checking account. I hope the government will stop this scamming as soon as possible.

The customer placed an order for the economy shipping under full disclosure that it is a standby service. The retainer is not refundable as per our terms and conditions as well as those of 99% of the companies in this industry. You get what you pay for and cheap is not fast, we make this point very clear in our solicitations.If you needed fast service , we had that option but you chose the economy service.
