never picked my car up, never refunded $200 dollar deposit

Please stay Away from this Company. I Booked with this company on Feb.25 2015. My pickup date was "the next day" sadly to say that day hasn't come yet. I thought things were going smoothly until days past, surely it should have been close to my car being delivered, I called on March 2 and asked for and update Mike replied,"Ariel, i though I already dispatched you, let me check....he waits maybe 3 minutes gets back on phone and says I promised I'll have you picked up tomorrow. Well I called next day never could get an answer, called from another number got an answer, I held 10 minutes, lady kept getting on phone saying Mike is looking over your info please hold...I continued holding because I needed an answer. Finally he gets on and says sweetie I'm so sorry, dispatcher just dropped bombshell on me they no longer deliver to Louisiana. I'm placing you back on board as priority and I'm refunding your 200 dollar deposit. I've never gotten my money to this day. Call phone he doesn't answer, Noone answers matter fact. So I disputed this transaction with my credit card company. I'll get my money back but it's so sad liars and dishonest people are in business. I had to cancel my cards because actually money wasn't suppose to come off card until car was dispatched but not in this liars hands. I've just stopped calling the company it started to be a waste of time. Please people, Don't waste your time or money. CHEAPER IS ALWAYS better.
