This clients is not a client of us car transporters..There is no signed contract and we never moved a car from him or took a deposit. Transport reviews states in it on policy that if a complaint is disputed. The consumer must show documentation that he or she is a client. This client has not done so because he is not. Which means transport reviews do sent adhere to its on policies and procedures. Chuck hall stated that he was a potential client . He even says it in the post. Whether the statement is true or not. Valley solutions which owns transport reviews is not adhering to there own policy.
