I recently transported our pickup truck from North Carolina to California.Being that I’ve never done this transaction before, I was filled with trepidation. I called US Auto Transport, and spoke to Javier. I basically was inquiring about the process and obtaining bids. Javier was professional and walked me through the process. A week later I called Javier back (he had the best price) and he remembered me and was glad to assist me. Javier answered all my questions, provided me a quote/invoice, a driver and the driver’s certificate of insurance. The hardest part of transporting a vehicle is dealing with a broker. I found this entire process to be effortless. The driver delivered the vehicle within the quoted time frame and contacted me the day before delivery. I would recommend this company based on their professionalism, price, and true to their word.
